How is Home Watch different from concierge services?

Home Watch focuses on scheduled property inspections to help keep your home in good condition while vacant. Concierge services are optional and can include coordination of maintenance, vendor access, seasonal preparations, and other homeowner-requested services.

Can everything be handled remotely?

Yes. Most of our homeowners are out of the area. Contracts, visit reports, communication, and invoices are all handled digitally, allowing you to manage your home from anywhere.

What if I’m unsure whether I want Home Watch or to rent my home?

That’s very common. Home Watch allows you to protect your home now while keeping your options open. If you later decide to rent, we can support that transition through our affiliated property management services.
